Erin Jeffery
Costumes
Publicity/Social Media
Erin is a Lower Mainland based performing artist, back talker, clothes horse and marketing jazz hander. Her love of fashion was sparked by her grandmother who taught her how to sew for herself…and her Barbies. After earning her BFA in Acting from UBC, Erin veered away from restaurant work as the actors revenue stream and became a fashion consultant and stylist, further cementing her love of clothing and finding that perfect piece. It was only natural that two of her biggest passions would collide into costuming which allows her to tell stories with clothes while ensuring actors aren’t naked on stage (unless they want to be). Most recent costuming endeavours include the Best Restaurant in the World...Ever (in which she performed as Rhea, the best bartender in the world…ever) and The Swearing Jar and her side hustle, Just Frocking Around, with Curious Cat Karen Hamm. When not playing in closets or performing on stage, Erin can be found sharing stories and celebrating community with Freshet News, and as a contract publicist and marketer for arts organizations and other awesome people.
